I purchased this product after seeing the images on the website, and it was delivered to my address with reasonably good packaging. However, the packaging could be improved by adding protective materials such as thermocol or paper fillers to prevent movement during transit. For installation, I followed the motorcycle image shown on the website. While it was possible to install it this way, providing clearer and more detailed fitting images or instructions would make the installation process easier, especially for users in rural areas who may not have easy access to professional help. After installing the product, I noticed that it is quite sturdy. It can easily handle a load of around 80–100 kg without any visible issue. You just need to be able to balance and ride the motorcycle. There is no problem with the product. Even if you fall, nothing will happen to the product. If bags are securely tied with a rope, riding the motorcycle at speeds of up to approximately 110 km/h does not create any problem. One improvement that would greatly enhance usability is the addition of a hook on the left side. Without it, everyday tasks such as carrying vegetable or grocery bags become less convenient. Including such a hook would make the product more practical for daily use. Overall, the product is strong and useful, but a few small improvements could make it even better.
