  • Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

  • Terms & Conditions for COD orders. We accept cash on delivery, with100% seller’s risk.
  • After receiving the successful order we will call or WhatsApp to reconfirm shipping address and contact number, to process the order. 
  • Kindly make sure provided contact number available in WhatsApp, courier tracking details send via WhatsApp only.
  • Please exercise caution before placing an order because you cannot cancel an order once it is dispatched to courier, after shipping the order, if consignee not available to receive the parcel, usually 3 attempts are made.
  • After maximum attempts’ reached RTO flag opens up automatically in the courier system, which means a Return to Origin, the seller pays for the courier cost. *This cost to be paid by the customer separately*.
  • If any damages to a received item, the buyer should inform SIRA online store by email or WhatsApp  within 1 working day after receiving the package.
  • All return requests should be filed within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request succeeding that will not qualify for replacement.
  • In order to return a damaged product you can get in touch with our customer care at +919444979910. Our representative will guide you how to return the product.

  • A reference photo of the received item is good for us to take the necessary action.

  • Typically it takes 5 -7 working days to process a returned item once it has been received by us.

  • Return prodect items must be returned in the original box in good condition, the buyer is responsible for the return items packing if any missing item or different from the ordered product or damage to the prodect will not be acceptable.

  • Return items accepted if items found different from your order placed on receipt only, items must be returned in original box with good condition (Without any shipping charges items will be accepted and replaced) no refund policy.

  • To avoid fraud customer complaints, all our delivery orders packing process completely video recorded before sealing the box – make sure there is no damage on packing seal when the order is delivered.

Packing 

  • All our products are factory tested and inspected by our in-house QC  before packing and sending to the customer’s end, items will be sent within 7 working days after received a verified payment, orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be packed and send next working day.

Online Payment Policy

  • Our Online payment portal service through RAZORPAY ,INSTAMOJO, UPI QR code BHIM, Paytm, Google pay and direct Bank Transfer during the payment process before or after if you encounter any online scam email, calls and SMS, fraud usage on your card payment please contact your bank, our website is not responsible for this incident.

Direct bank transfer

  • We accept direct bank transfer, before processing the order we will confirm your payment, if the payment amount is not correct we will not able to process your order, keep your bank transaction reference number until the order successfully receivedsiramotoparts.com
